DESCRIPTION OF THE GIVEAWAY

SKOON. Skincare (Pty) Ltd ("SKOON.") These Terms & Conditions govern the SKOON. Glow Escape Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules. 

1. Eligibility 

  • Open to permanent residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
  • Participants under 18 require written permission from a parent or legal guardian. 
  • Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of SKOON., its advertising agencies, or any supplier of goods/services related to the Giveaway – as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household – are not eligible. 
  • No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

2. Giveaway Period 

  • The Giveaway opens on 12 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 SAST on 31 January 2026. 
  • Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted. 

3. How to Enter 

To submit a valid entry: 
  • Follow @skoonskin on Instagram and/or TikTok. 
  • Like the original giveaway post on Instagram and/or Tik Tok for extra vibes 
  • Complete and submit the official entry form on the SKOON. website with your accurate details (including name, email, and mobile number). 
One successfully submitted entry form = one valid entry. Multiple entries using the same details will be disqualified. 
Automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be void. 

4. Bonus Entries (Optional) 

These actions are entirely optional and not required to enter or win. They may earn additional entries if verified: 
  • Tag three (3) or more friends in the comments of the official Giveaway post (each unique tag on separate comments counts as one bonus entry). 
  • Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories or Reels, tagging @skoonskin and using #SKOONGlowEscape. 
  • Create and post an original Reel or TikTok featuring your summer skincare routine and explaining why you need this glow escape, tagging @skoonskin and using #SKOONGlowEscape. 
SKOON. reserves the right to verify bonus entries and disqualify any deemed inappropriate, fake, or fraudulent. 

5. Prize Details 

  • Valid for a standard two-night stay for two adults sharing. 
  • Must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of issue. 
  • Subject to availability; bookings must be made directly with Club Mykonos Resort. 
  • Excludes: Transport to/from the resort, incidental expenses, and any extras. 
  • Non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash. 
  • Once booked, subject to Club Mykonos Resort's standard booking terms and conditions (including cancellation policies). 
  • Blackout dates and peak season restrictions may apply. 

7. Winner Selection & Notification 

  • Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries, conducted under the supervision of an independent person. 
  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the Giveaway closes. 
  • Winners will be notified via email and/or mobile number provided in the entry form within 7 days of the draw. 
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, declines the prize, or fails verification, SKOON. may select an alternate winner. 
  • Winners' names may be published on SKOON. social media and website. 

8. General Prize Conditions 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • SKOON. may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable. 
  • Winners are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and any other costs not explicitly stated. 
  • SKOON. is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to prize acceptance or use. 

9. Publicity 

  • Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity (e.g., name, likeness, and photos used in SKOON. marketing) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
  • Winners may decline publicity requests. 

11. Liability & General 

  • SKOON. is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures. 
  • SKOON. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway, if necessary (e.g., due to fraud or unforeseen events), without liability. 
  • The Giveaway is governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act. 
  • Decisions by SKOON. are final and binding. 

12. Acceptance
