DESCRIPTION OF THE GIVEAWAY

The Balance Collective Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by SKOON. Skincare (Pty) Ltd (“SKOON.”) in collaboration with selected campaign partners.

This Giveaway celebrates the launch of two SKOON. innovations: Pretty Smooth™ &
Oh So Bubbly™.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility 

  • Open to permanent residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
  • Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Directors, members, employees, agents, consultants of SKOON., its partners, agencies, or suppliers — and their immediate families or household members — are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period 

  • Opens: 2 April 2026
  • Closes: 30 April 2026 at 23:59 (SAST)
  • Winner announced: 6 May 2026
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter 

 To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Wrap Me Up + Oh So Bubbly™
  • The One + Oh So Bubbly™
2. Complete the official post-purchase entry form on the SKOON. website, including accurate personal details (name, email, mobile number).
  • One completed entry form = one valid entry.
  • Multiple entries using the same order or details may be disqualified.
  • Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be void.

4. Bonus Entries (Optional) 

These actions are entirely optional and not required to enter or win. They may earn additional entries if verified:

  • SKOON. reserves the right to verify bonus entries.
SKOON. reserves the right to verify bonus entries and disqualify any deemed inappropriate, fake, or fraudulent. 

5. Prize Details 

  • One (1) winner will receive a Balance Collective Wellness Bundle valued at approximately R10,000, including:
  • SKOON. Skincare products — R5,400
  • Fieldbar product —  R1,800
  • Carmién Tea bundle — R1,000
  • KIKO Vitals bundle — R1,800, including: KIKO Trilogy Kit & Hydration Electrolytes
  • Will be delivered within South Africa only

7. Winner Selection & Notification 

  • The winner will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place within 5 working days after the campaign ends.
  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or mobile number. 
  • If the winner: Cannot be reached within 48 hours, Declines the prize, or Fails verification, An alternate winner may be selected. The winner’s name will be published on SKOON. platforms.

8. General Prize Conditions 

  • The prize is awarded “as is” and subject to availability.
  • SKOON. reserves the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.
  • The winner is responsible for any additional costs not explicitly included.

9. Publicity 

  • Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity (e.g., name, likeness, and photos used in SKOON. marketing) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
  • Winners may decline publicity requests. 

11. Liability & General 

  • SKOON. is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures. 
  • SKOON. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway, if necessary (e.g., due to fraud or unforeseen events), without liability. 
  • The Giveaway is governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act. 
  • Decisions by SKOON. are final and binding. 

12. Acceptance
