Terms and Conditions for SKOON. May 2025 Giveaway
DESCRIPTION OF COMPETITION
Win 1 of 20 fully stocked vegan vanity bags filled with SKOON. products, each valued at R10,000.
The giveaway runs from 1 May to 31 May 2025. Winners will be announced weekly on Mondays, with 5 winners announced each week for four weeks. Products in each vanity bag will be adjusted based on the winner’s skin type after selection.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Participants may not enter or receive a prize if they are directors, members, partners, employees, agents of, or consultants to the Promoters, their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions, and/or associated companies, or of the advertising or promotion agencies, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members, or business partners.
By entering this competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoters’ decision regarding any issue with the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, you warrant that all information submitted is true, correct, and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.
This is an online entry competition only. Participants may enter multiple times but may only win once.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues, including telecommunication failure.
By entering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or that your parent or guardian has consented to your participation if under 18.
HOW TO ENTER
- Spend R1500 or more on SKOON. products between 1 May 2025 and 31 May 2025.

PRIZES
- 20 fully stocked vegan vanity bags, each valued at R10,000.
- Products will be tailored to the winner’s skin type after selection.
Winners will be drawn and announced each Monday in May 2025 (5 winners per week) via SKOON.’s social media platforms. They will also be contacted by email, and if unreachable, followed up by phone.
If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected and the original prize forfeited.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value, should the original prize become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Promoters are not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
The Promoters reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of ineligibility, fraud, or violation of these terms.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT
Your personal information will be collected and used solely for purposes related to this competition and in accordance with South African data protection legislation.
We will retain your information only as long as necessary and safeguard it against unauthorised access or disclosure.
By entering, you consent to being contacted by SKOON. and receiving marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
GENERAL
The Promoters may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or its terms at any time, without notice, for technical, operational, or legal reasons at their sole discretion.
All publicity materials and content related to this competition remain the sole property of the Promoters.
By entering, you accept the risks, indemnify the Promoters, and limit their liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Promoters will not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses related to participation or prize use, including defects or inaccuracies in the prizes.
These terms are governed by South African law, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
